Whenever I hear a car alarm go off, my first thought is always: “The owner of that car needs to shut their fucking alarm off because it is really annoying.” My first thought is never: “Hey. I bet that car is getting broken into or stolen!, we should alert someone!”

so true. same with house alarms. or fire alarms in someone’s house, even mine.
